to lose weight, you can do this consistently for 6 to 8 months atleast
1. Take nutrient rich foods like vegetables, low fat milk, paneer, eggs, pulses. sprouts, soya chunks, fruits
2. Avoid junk foods, fried, sugar, sweets
3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes

Be conscious while taking carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
