Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. as baby s now 7 mnths so Weight gain in pregnancy is to be shed after you are 6 weeks post delivery. Only after your gynac says to do this is safe. Take help of a nutrition expert to know best nutrition diet .
