Yes due to less Haemoglobin, calcium we tend to be weak shivering,back pain, heavy hair loss,dull skin.
Have balanced diet with calcium iron rich foods,have more water and fluids.
Milk and diary products, leafy vegetables mostly spinach,dates, almonds, raisins, figs, walnuts, pomegranate, carrot,beet root,dal(lentils), jaggery, peanuts, ragi and other millets, seasonal fruits and vegetables.

First are you a breastfeeding mother?
If yes then you need to have a healthy diet. From my personal experience I will suggest you to take "Tal makhana" (fox nuts) with glass of milk.
Vegetable soup, 10 to 20 Almonds (soak for overnight), some fruits juice enriched with vitamin C (Orange, Sweet lemon)etc. Also add 1 kewi in your every day diet.
