Have a healthy diet food and take fibre and calcium rich food. Hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue so nothing to worry about it much. Take adequate rest. Apply coconut oil to hair and gently give a massage leave it for half an hour and take bath repeat this once in a week. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water.
