Hi mom Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo Massage regularly with coconut oil Heat oil before using it Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Take almonds and cucumbers green vegetables Take a good care Take adequate water Maintain hygiene Take adequate water and seasonal vegetables fruits cereals etc Apply onion paste regularly
