A. hi yes as it has been 6 months ,you can now start to do low impact exercises like Pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc. along with that, don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene.
