A. dear mom exercise for 15 mins twice a day eat wisely avoid high calorie foods eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. hello you can be doing walking and exercise whch can help to reduce your weight and also you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in your diet and you can also be doing yoga or zumba whch are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight and keeps you healthy and fit
