Have small and frequent meals
Start your day with jeera water and do not have anything for 20 min
And then have a fruit or some dry fruit
Do not skip breakfast
Have salad before lunch and dinner
Increase intake of fruits like orange, papaya, strawberry, dry fruits, berries and vegetables, oats, paneer , curd, soya, sprouts, ragi, jowar, bajra, quinoa, daal, beans eggs and reduce the intake of roti and rice
Restrict the intake of bakery products, namkeen and fried foods, sugar and sugary drinks and sweets
Water 2l per day
Workout for 45’ins daily
Nihita mittalMom of 3 children4 years agoA. good morning. I would recommend you to try to do some workout everyday in the morning for half an hour it is advisable to make sure that you're having lots of fibrous food in liquid diet to avoid having bakery products and sugary food
