#askexperts after delivery my upper tummy as it is it is not going in shape:

A. It won’t go away all by itself You have to do exercises on a daily basis for a longer period. Do core abdominal exercises and once you start solids to your kid do portion control

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. U can also do abs and crunches to reduce your belly fat.
