please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
don't use vehicles for short distance.
do household work like mopping
eat couple of bites less than usual.
eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
