A. If you have belly fats too much then it’s better to start exercises after 4 months

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem of exercising after Lscs so after one month of operations you can go for evening walk and slowly others exercises too

A. after undergoing Cesarean section to have normal tensile strength to do any exercise it will take at least 4 to 6 months time till then you can do mild exercise
