#askexpert m completing 2 months delivery.. my tummy becoming shaggy.. i dnt know how to control this.. when i use tummy belt i get starts bleeding for me..

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meal
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
