#askdoctors my daughter is 2.5 and her weight is 19 kg is it find she an active child

A. she don't eat the above given things she eats healthy food only we don't give her packed food or fast-food .

A. Ideal weight of a 2.5 years old girl should be between 13 to 13.5 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your child's weight is on the higher side and you should try to control it right now to avoid problems in future. Though child is active, it is not a healthy internally. Try to restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods and include variety of healthy fluids. Engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games. Restrict screen time.
