Your child's weight is on the higher side and you should try to control it right now to avoid problems in future. Though child is active, it is not a healthy internally. Try to restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods and include variety of healthy fluids. Engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games. Restrict screen time.
