Q.

My daughter is almost 2 year old . Her weight is 9.5 kg. She is an active child. What should i do for her weight gain?

A. Hello mam, I think you need not worry too much about weight gain until she is active ..do give fruits ,paneer which is home made and dry fruit ladoo so she will be getting sufficient nutrients to her body and do provide her regular meals

A. hi weight is good nothing to worry please give seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, different seeds, milk and milk based products etc for healthy weight gain
