Consult Your doctor if you need to but I would like to tell you that for initial 10 to 15 days a child takes time to settle down with the food the child can even vomit or pass a motion immediately after eating what is problem settled down on its own by the time of 10 to 15 days otherwise you can definitely consult your doctor for it
