A. Please avoid using gripe water. Some brands of gripe water contain alcohol, artificial sweeteners and sodium bicarbonate which are not recommended for babies. When sodium bicarbonate is fed in a large quantity, it may cause alkalosis and milk alkali syndrome. Gripe water may also contain vegetable carbons, parabens or dairy products that ideally should be avoided. Check Babyhug Indigestion and Colic Relief Easy Tummy Roll On : relief from gas, acidity and other stomach discomforts. Minimises acid reflux and constipation. It is formulated with natural herbs. It is enriched with hing oil and saunf oil. This is 100% herbal.
