Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Breastfeed has sufficient water to keep ur baby hydrated.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start giving water. Six months baby can take around 30 - 40 ml of water in a day. Give water after every meal or when demanded by the baby
