#askdoctors Hi, my twins b/g are 34 months old but they are not talking, although they sings rhymes and read everything they know like alphabets... they tell the objects name but not making the sentences.. we took to speech therapists but they are saying there is no need for speech therapy. what to do? and baby boy is still 13.2 kg only

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the understanding of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the speech and language it will gradually come just talk regularly with the child and do not worry about it

And in this pandemic situation babies are totally at home and not meeting new people and this is the main reason babies are not getting more interacted. So don’t worry about it these things get normal by its own while your baby grows up
