hello my twins are now 18 year old but they are not talking yet should I worried ???

I think you mean to say 18 months if your kids are not speaking anything but understanding every thing that you are explaining to them following simple commands making eye contact and all then don’t worry about it speech can come by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years as wellWrite Your Answer Here
