A. Lost of the toddlers are very active and utilize their energy in playing and exploring around. If baby is active and healthy, there is no need to be concerned. Keep feeding her fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
