maintain proper hygiene and if you have any other symptoms like irritation or pain in vagina due to that you can consult with your doctor once for examination

You can use it as of now there is no problem if you use them previously and if you’re comfortable with them then there is no problem with that as you use sanitary pads and menstrual cups it similar with the tampon after your delivery with whatever delivery you have had it’s not a problem
