I was diagnosed with endometriosis post C section delivery. Is it safe to use tampons or menstrual cup.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes you can use menstrual Cup ,there is no problem even if you have endometriosis. Yes menstrual cups are nowadays very useful. But you should take care to have proper size so that you don't feel pain or discomfort while. Using it for which you can consult with your gynecologist once for proper examination And do take care to maintain proper hygiene

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello before you could start using it would be better to take a suggestion by your doctor and then you can start using it and usually in most cases and may not be a problem but better to check as each case would be different and would be safe
