A. Two Scoops is the right amount that you should be adding to 60 ML of water I would like to tell you everything is mentioned very well on the carton it’s also read it carefully before you make it this is what I remember very well when I used to make formula feed so as far as I know it should be 60 ML to 2 scoops of milk
