ask# expert# I'm sitting and sleeping on floor after 2 months of C-section.. is this affect my health???

A. it is already 2 months after giving cesarean section better you can sleep on the cot for another 2 to 3 months since waking up from floor you had to exercise some pressure and abdominal muscles
