Q.

as my breast gets full with milk the aerola part becomes hard due to which the milk finds difficulty in lactation....please suggest a solution.thank u

A. Hi mom Discard extra milk Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals Burp well after every feeding More sucking leads to more milk Take a good care of your baby Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding
