As a mother what diet I should follow? 55 days have been over.

A. hello as a breast-feeding mom you should have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which is good and avoid spicy and gassy causing food in the diet
