Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can check with your gynecologist and get some supplement like galact granules prescribed. It can increase breastmilk. The key is to feed frequently which will inturn increase your milk supply. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed ur milk supply will increase. Garlic or Garlic milk, fenugreek seeds, nuts, oats, green leafy vegetables, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pulses. Including these in your daily diet can increase milk supply. Don't leave long gaps between feeds, frequent pumping will increase milk. But still if it not sufficient you can start with formula milk after consulting with your doctor.
