SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Yea home-made is good. cerleac is easy to make at hieo and it's fresh, You will need Rice one cup, Moong dal half cup, Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins.
Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds
Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds.
Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder. It's quite healthy and safer than market ones.
