Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. for running nose and cold you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml two or three times per day if required and this will help in decreasing running nose as well as cold and for blocked nose you can give nasal saline drops
