Any formula for mother to increase breast milk?

A. Ho, the best way to increase breastmilk is yo have Himalaya satavari. Also you may add tadkq beers to your sqbzi to stimulate breastmilk. Take a few spoons of ghee put it on flame then add jeera to it. Add that tadka to your sabzi
