I am low on breast milk. I am feeding formula to my baby. What should I do to increase breast milk?

Author of questionMom of a 4 m old girl3 months agoA. during the time i also take lactation granules, medicine - lactare. but i have no changes If there is milk today, it will not be there tomorrow. Sometimes it will be a good flow what is the reason? If I ask a gynecologist about this problem , would it be helpful?

Lactation supplements are usually very benefiting for you to take during this time so you can take any good after consulting your doctor or I would recommend you three times taking of Shatavari powder with warm milk but along with that taking a healthy diet is equally important
