Any ayurvedic medicines to increase breast milk? I used to take ajwain water, sabudana and masoor dal but due to severe constipation problem i stopped taking them.

A. for constipation you need to take a high fibre diet and plenty of liquids which will also help in the lactation you can also take lactulose solution under medical guidance but medicines are not of much help in increasing the milk supply
