Hi It could be due to some stomach infection you do not have to consult a neurologist for that sometimes when the body is weak the child is suffering with certain issues that time they can easily have a headache also because of weakness so in this case post to consult a paediatrician and if needed they will advise if you need to consult a neuro otherwise I don’t think so it is needed
