am baby agar 3 kg ke uper hai to normal delivery hogi .

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes you can have normal delivery above 3 kg weight of baby if your pelvic is adequate.
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
