So give milk one day and next day give an alternate source of calcium. Also to start with give only less amount of milk and once she starts drinking slowly increase the quantity. You can introduce milk in other forms like chapathi, idly or dosa or rice in milk like that. You can give other alternative sources of calcium or other food items which will give the same nutrients as milk like green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouted grains, ragi, soya products etc. Instead of milk try other dairy products like curd, paneer, butter milk, ghee, butter, cheese etc.,
