Q.

am a 41/2 month mother of baby boy and is the c section... which is the best work out to reduce my post pregnancy waight

A. You can go for workout only after 8 to 10 months of your delivery once your internal stitches heal prior to that it would not be advisable for you to go for workout after completing the time of six months you can start with basic walk not brisk just basic walk
