RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. Once you quit breastfeeding after about 9 to 10 months of your surgery you can go ahead with a proper workout and diet and when you quit feeding you can go for intermittent fasting that will really be helpful in reducing down your weight
