A. hi no not necessary to have this I also have c section but don't have this problem. but to prevent this ,you have to take necessary care . I mean, you have to be active. and take Healthy and well blanaced diet. avoid taking junk food items frequently. set proper diet plan and drink plenty of water. walk , walk and walk avoid using vehicles for short distance.
