Please do not overdose paracetamol and a fever persist. In spite of giving medications. Please refer to your paediatrician immediately.

Look it’s usually is going to be dependent upon the current weight of your child so should be somewhere around 2ML in general but if the weight is on the higher side and approximately 2.5 ML depending upon what is the current weight of your child that can be easily decided
