what will be best dosage of Paracetamol syrup for child of age 16 to 20 months for post vaccination fever. which mg is preferrable 125mg/ 250 mg in what dosage?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the dosage of paracetamol always depends on the weight of the baby the doors will be 10 to 15 milligrams per kg body weight per dose which you may give three to four times a day depending on the need
