It’s common to loose weight or gain post delivery so don’t worry about it
If u had normal delivery you can start with small walks and diet and if c section then start workout after 6 months
Have small and frequent meals
Increase fruits and vegetables in the diet
Reduce intake of excess ghee, oil, sugar, salt, juices, namkeen in the diet
Do not stress over weight it would go slowly
Water 2 to 3 litre per day

Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between .
Do simple exercises.
