You haven’t given any details as to when did you deliver and all but I like to tell you initially for your delivery the doctors do advise you to go for Keagle exercises which helps in reducing down all kind of pain in the body so if you haven’t done that you should have done it and maybe you had a pet you deal during delivery at the pain could be basically because of that as wellWrite Your Answer Here
