have good intake of fluids and water
do not have dietary restrictions for healthy food as your requirements for breastfeeding are high and you make increase 1 to 2 portion of healthy food as compared to before
avoid junk high sugar fat and processed food
control intake of traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods.
have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts,
have small frequent meals

You should have every thing that’s traditionally been cooked at home which is easy and light for you to digest don’t go ahead with anything heavy Raj Maa Chole and all these things just go ahead with having all kind of green leafy vegetables and pulses and you can go ahead with having little bit of egg and proper fruits
