Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please do not lift any heavy object and also please avoid food to develop gastric problem and lso you can have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. and also you can ask your doctor for food supplement and vitamins .
