You should have healthy food all kind of fruits vegetables grains millets whatever you can eat properly good amount of proteins are definitely important for you because you’re feeding Mom also have good amount of fibre good amount of water if you eat only healthy it would be helpful and take supplements like Iron multivitamin and calcium for at least six months
