After expressing breast milk. can I keep in room temperature for 1 hr and then keep it in freezer?

Why do you want to keep it on room temperature then if you want to store it into the freezer then after actually expressing you should immediately keep it into the deep freezer because after one hour it’s not suggested to use the milk generally also better to keep it straight in the deep freezer only
