You can take after one week to 10 days but make sure that these things that you are using are in motivation because most of the things are going to create more of heat in the body so make sure that your balance it for decent amount of fennel seeds and have about half a glass one glass of warm water with it every day and you can have it twice in a day once in the morning and once in the evening or night but have them good warm like warm tea
