Q.
after delivery is it compulsory to wear swear and keeping cotton to ears at this summer... in the month of march I had my second delivery from the day one I never weared any swear or kept cotton to ears... people keep telling me wear swear and keep cotton to ears or else u will gain weight that this etc... is true... if it is true please help me out how to come out from this....

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 years agoA. hi mom check are u gaining weight without wearing it even if they are saying to wear, put on the ac and wear so you dont feel hot stay safe
