After delivery iam Getting hair fall a lot my hairs became very thin iam very much tensed plZ suggests me something

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. massage scalp regularly with coconut oil at bedtime.

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Take more protein and fibre rich foods. Greyish of hair, loosing weight indicates vitamin deficiency. Please consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
