Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and ot is normal after delivery. please massage your hair with almond and kalaunjee oil.. also clean with amla, shikakai and reetha. avoid chemical based shampoo.. hve rich fiber and proteins diet.
